Through this service, you can obtain a new self-supply licence that allows you to desalinate water where the production capacity is more than 2,273 m3/day.

Service Condition:

1. Pass the technical, financial,and legal evaluation stage to obtain the eligibility for the service
2. Pass the 28 days public notice without external objection

1. Details of parent companies and affiliates with DoE water production licenses, including ownership interests and capacities
2. Location of RO plant with schematic drawing and description
3. Organizational chart of RO plant team
4. Reference list of contractor experience
5. Company contingency plan for RO and power system failure
6. Details of chemicals used in RO operation
7. Audited financial statements
8. Constitutional documents of proposed licensee
9. Details of construction contractors and operators, demonstrating capabilities
10. Certificate of Completion of Building
11. Certificates of Conformity (CoC)
